and it will block your IP for only 30-days. If you want to permanently remove pop up, you have
to provide the Lead Logic admin team with your IP adds and we may permanently block it. If
you have more than one roof top each location has to provide an IP. If you do not know what
you IP is, simply type into your search engine what is my IP

How to make Auto-lead Data Format (ADF) changes for leads?

Reach out to your Lead Logic account manager with the request to update your ADF and
provide the new email address.

Can I request leads to be sent to a specific email other than CRM?

Yes, whether you want leads to be sent to one email or several, simply provide your Lead Logic
Account Manager with your emails of choice.

Can I have leads go to multiple emails in addition to my CRM?

Yes, in addition to the leads going to your CRM and whether you want leads to be sent to one or
several emails, simply provide your Lead Logic Account Manager with your emails of choice.

How do I go about changing the content on my coupons and is there an additional cost?

There is no additional costs, reach out to your Lead Logic Account Manager with the details of
your request preferably prior to you running a new campaign or promotion. However, if in the
even a content update is submitted last minute, we will pause your subscription pending the
new content update. Once approved by you, the new content will be live.

Can I downgrade my subscription to mobile pop-up only; or upgrade from mobile only to full package and what are the cost?

You are able to do both downgrade and upgrade your subscription at anytime. Advise your
Lead Logic Account Manager and they will discuss any difference in costs at that time.

Can I pause my subscription?

Yes, discuss the details of your request with your Lead Logic Account Manager so that it may
be determined which type of PAUSE to place on the account as some pauses do not
discontinue billing where as others may allow us to prorate your invoice.

Multiple Web Sites - how do I add another web site to my existing subscription; or how can I remove a website?

Contact your Lead Logic Account Manager to discuss the details of your request. There are no

additional costs to add or remove a website unless you are adding a website that is for another

store location.
